I graduated Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY in May, 2011 with both my B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering with a 3.97 GPA.

I also completed my undergraduate electrical engineering curriculum with a 4.0 covering classes like Differential Equations, Multivariable Calculus, Advanced Calculus, College Physics 1 & 2, Electromagnetic Theory, Electrical Circuits, Digital Electronics, Microelectronics Technology, Semiconductor Devices and Models. I also received the SMART Scholarship through the Dept. of Defense and currently work at NSWC Dahlgren as an Electrical and RF engineer. Hobbies

I grew up in western upstate NY playing many sports as a kid, and eventually just playing ice hockey as I got older. I enjoy various activities like boating/sailing, playing any kind of sport, watching movies, and reading. I am a very easy going, understanding, and knowledgeable tutor who is willing to work at the students pace and cater to their individual academic needs. Having played sports my entire life, and hockey competitively in high school and college, I deeply understand and am able to pass on the time management skills along with knowledge and instruction necessary to succeed academically. I also understand how hard things like tutoring can be to fit into a hectic schedule so my availability is typically very flexible. I grew up tutoring my dyslexic younger sister (and continue to do so in her engineering studies in college, so I have first hand experience catering to the needs of students with dyslexia struggling with math and science.
